This triple joint clamp allows attaching three arms and/or ball adapters to a single clamp. For example, you might use this to attach two arms to a single base. However, for buoyancy control you do not need a triple joint if you use the TLC buoyancy control product 17892 which may be installed directly on a TLC arm.

The backbone of the Technical Lighting Control system is the acclaimed TLC clamp that has been designed around an easy to grasp large knob. This clamp is hard-anodized and Teflon coated for easy positioning of the arms and lights without having to use excessive force to lock the clamp. This clamp has been adopted by many pros who value reliability and ease of maintenance. Differing from competing brands, this clamp does not require the arm segments to have easily shredded O-rings for locking the arm.
