This is a replacement BK-7 glass lens for Aquatica AF/MF flat macro ports 18426, 18428 and 18429.

This product includes the following items:

• One BK-7 Glass Flat Lens
• Two O-rings for retaining and sealing the lens
• One Allen key 1/16″
• Three replacement nylon socket screws (6-32 x 1/8″) for older type macro lenses
• Instructions for removing and replacing the lens

According to the manufacturer´s user and maintenance instructions, a pressure test or immersion into water without the camera inside is mandatory after changing any O-ring (after replacing the lens). Failure to perform this test could result in serious damage to your camera and lens should the O-ring be improperly installed.
